I use SysAid from www.ilient.com Opens a new window. It is a helpdesk that can track tickets by system, provides an easy to use managers portal for a quick look into the system, and has email integration that will let you get tickets through email.
Check it out. There is a free version that is limited, but the paid version isn't expensive either. I think they are now even offering a hosted solution.
